Frequently Asked Questions

We are located in the Tri-Parish area. We also service surrounding areas. Any bookings 15 miles outside of Assumption Parish will require a travel fee of $30 for every 15 miles.

All bookings should be made 2 weeks before your desired date.

You could send us a message via Text, Facebook, Instagram, or Email. You may also send an inquiry through our website. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.  A non-refundable down payment is required to secure a date. The down payment is 50% of the total not to include the security deposit. 

We do offer customized treats as an add-on. We can provide food recommendations based on your request.  

A security deposit is required for all set-ups requiring the use of items that are the property of Connoisseur  Kreations LLC (battery-operated candles, buckets, bowls, trays, glasses, etc). The security deposit will be refunded once all property of Connoisseur  Kreations LLC is collected back free of damage. 

 We do understand that life happens but deposits are non-refundable. If you need to make adjustments to the time or location, a request must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your confirmed reservation date. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the status of any remaining balance. 

                                                    Picnic FAQs

If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location or reschedule your booking.

 If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30-minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we can return and pack up.

We set up your picnic of choice and have it ready upon arrival. We return to pack and clean everything up for you and we make sure that you had a wonderful experience.

                                                     FAQ’s for Room Setups   

After booking you will receive an email with the name provided for the room. When checking in at the front desk add that name to your room as an extra guest for easy room access. If you can’t add the name to the room for any reason we can meet you in person at your desired location for a room key & go over details of setting up.

 Clean-up is not provided with your hotel package unless added on to your room package for next-day clean up or before you check out. If refuse to  clean up then it is your responsibility. Connoisseur Kreations is not liable for extra room charges to your hotel room if decorations are not cleaned up. A bag will be provided for you for clean up as well.  

 Setup takes about 2 hours so it’s best to setup while you are out for dinner / activities so please stay busy until text is sent but will keep you updated.    

 It is the customer's responsibility to add the name of a Connoisseur Kreations team member to your reservation; this ensures that we have access to the hotel room. We cannot check-in for customers. If we arrive at the hotel and are unable to access the room, we will make two attempts to contact the customer. If the customer is unresponsive and we do not receive access within 30 minutes of our arrival, we will move on to the next booking and no refund will be provided.
